FISSICOLA/FCEE
Message from the FCEE president ‘’As an African woman and leader, I would like to ask all to Africans or minority peoples to reclaim their culture. Culture is the foundation of the identity and raison d'être of a human community, if this culture is well defined and applied, it could be the trigger for socio-economic integration on a universal scale and thus generate the sustainable jobs reducing poverty.’’
